Meet Stephanie Carstens, M.D., FAAD

 

Stephanie Carstens, MD FAAD, is a board-certified medical and surgical dermatologist treating a wide variety of skin conditions affecting patients of all ages. She strives to provide high quality medical care to every patient and deeply values the trust her patients place in her. She loves practicing dermatology and is driven by the relationships she builds with her patients, their families and her clinical team.

Dr. Carstens completed her undergraduate degree, medical school, internship and dermatology residency at the University of Missouri. She graduated with honors from the University of Missouri with a degree in biochemistry in 2007 and matriculated medical school that same year. After graduating medical school in 2011, she then completed her internship in internal medicine and her dermatology residency at the University of Missouri. After finishing all her training in 2015, Dr. Carstens moved to Florida and now calls Jacksonville home.
